Our full wedding co-ordination service will vary according to
your specific requirements but may include all or some of the
following:
- Detailed planning meetings and consultancy, to design, define
and plan your exact requirements
- Design and styling of your wedding, building on your ideas and
providing our own creative input
- Recommending and sourcing the most appropriate venues and
suppliers to your needs (see Venue Matching Service)
- Negotiating and finalising contracts with venues and suppliers
to ensure you receive everything you pay for
- Underwriting all services provided by suppliers contracted by
Berkshire Wedding Services
- Preparing and maintaining a detailed planner providing a
step-by-step plan to the wedding day including contingency plan
- Producing web-based planning documents that allow you to see
your wedding plans and associated reference material from anywhere
and at any time, including a time line and action list
- Co-ordination of, and liaison with, your venue and suppliers
- Co-ordination of theme, colour scheme and related services
- Maintenance of budget including control of supplier payments
- Regular progress updates
- Unlimited telephone and email assistance and an out-of-hours
helpline
- Event management and attendance on the day from arrival of the
first supplier to departure of the last guest (with a minimum of 2
staff in attendance)
